In our little niche of Southern California, it seems like a breeding ground for bicycle athletes. We have had many local riders reach professional levels proving they are some of the best in the sport. One rider, in particular, is Eliot Jackson. Eliot and his brother were responsible for creating a local set of dirt jumps that helped shift a movement in the young BMX scene. Through the years, Eliot has moved on to building some of the gnarliest downhill trails in the area on top of competing in competitions all around the world. We asked our Instagram following to send over some questions for Eliot for a chance to win some Fox Heritage Decals. There were some really interesting questions but Eliot managed to answer them all!

This Q&A covers many topics that range from advice on being sponsored, how Eliot got into mountain biking, all the way to having a brother who is also a profession bike rider. We managed to scrape together a bunch of riding footage from a few of his last edits as well as some timeless pictures from countless whip off competitions. Sit back, kick your feet up and get to know a little about Eliot. If you are at work, just put some headphones in!
