Customer Review: Race Face Atlas Handlebar and Stem

I've had the RaceFace Atlas bar and stem for about a month now and they have yet to dissapoint. I put the bar on my bike the day before a downhill race and it only took me about two practice runs to be as comfortable with them as I ever was on my old setup. I've kept the bar at the full 800mm width. It does get a little scary going through really tight sections and I will admit that I have clipped it on trees a few times, but the amount of control you get is definitely worth it.

The RaceFace Atlas handlebar is also extremely durable from what I can tell. I had a pretty bad accident a few weeks ago. The crash was enough to tear apart my grips but luckily the bar came out of it with  only minor scratches on the end. With new grips on, it is impossible to tell that the bar has hit the ground at all.

I am very happy with my purchase and have found no faults so far. I would definitely recommend the Raceface Atlas bar and stem combo to anybody looking to upgrade their cockpit.
