Our Current Business Operations During COVID-19 (Updated Frequently) We Are Still Shipping :)

Updated Friday April 3rd at 9pm PST:

We are open & shipping! We are taking orders online and shipping them out as normal. However shipping might be ever so slightly slower... 

Our retail stores in California and Nevada remain open w/ normal hours of operation. However, we are running on a skeleton crew in the stores. About 85% of our staff is working from home as we are trying to respect the CDC and "Flatten The Curve".  

Our retail store in Lancaster Pennsylvania is closed in order to comply with PA Gov. Tom Wolf's order.  

Our customer support team is still on the ball answering emails, phone calls and chats just like normal. But many of them are probably wearing their underwear in their bed at home so don't FaceTime please. 

Our shipping / order fulfillment is cranking along but just slightlyyyy slower. The boys are wearing hazmat suits and washing their hands hourly at minimum. Packages are flying out the door as fast as a slick willy. We are down a few staff however so please give us a little slack. 

We have currently disabled the "Local Pickup" option at checkout that is normally available for all three stores. Although the stores are open, we are running a skeleton crew and we advise you spend the same amount of $0 (we offer free shipping on everything) and just have the product shipped to you instead of coming into our stores for pickup.  

We are following all recommended safety practices from the CDC and doing our best to stay safe and clean.
