Our Current Business Operations During COVID-19 (Updated Frequently) We Are Still Shipping :)

We are open & shipping! But PLEASE be patient with us.

Emails & phone calls are not being answered as fast as normal. We are swamped and doing everything we can to get back on top of this. Alternatively you can send a message to our Instagram account which I (Jeff) am personally replying to.  

Shipments are going out just about as fast as normal. We are getting the occasional supply chain issue or Usps / FedEx delivery issue but 95%+ of orders ship out nice and fast.

We are incredibly grateful for your business but we are having trouble keeping up with orders and inquiries while at the same time having people work from home, keeping things sanitized and respecting the CDC to keep our warehouse staff safe and our business operationally smart during this strange time of Covid-19.  

Our retail stores in California, Nevada and Pennsylvania are now open w/ normal hours of operation. However, we are running on a skeleton crew in the stores. About 75% of our staff is working from home.  

"Local Pickup" is now an option at checkout for any online order. Order online and you can ship it to your door for free or choose local pickup at any of our three locations and we will contact you when it's ready for pickup.  

We are following all recommended safety practices from the CDC and doing our best to stay safe and clean.
