Our Current Business Operations During COVID-19 (Updated Frequently) We Are Still Shipping :)

We are open & shipping! All systems-A-go! 

Emails & phone calls are being answered aaalllmmoooossstttt like normal. We are still a bit overwhelmed but nearly back to normal.    

Shipments are going out just about as fast as normal. We are getting the occasional supply chain issue or Usps / FedEx delivery issue but 98%+ of orders ship out nice and fast.  

Inventory is not in the best shape. A large portion of our catalog is out of stock. The entire industry is majorly struggling with product availability of all kinds right now. We are doing our best to get stock on key products but unfortunately it could be a few more months until we have the same in-stock levels as we did pre-covid. 

Our retail stores in California, Nevada and Pennsylvania are now open w/ normal hours of operation. However, some staff are still working from home and face coverings are very appreciated to wear upon entering.   

Buy Online, pickup in store or as we call it "Local Pickup" is an option at checkout for any online order. We ship everything for free but you are also welcome to choose local pickup at any of our three locations and we will contact you when it's ready for pickup.  

We are following all recommended safety practices from the CDC and doing our best to stay safe and clean.
