e*thirteen TRS+ Cassette, 12-Speed: Rider Review

I was online researching cassettes for a wheel upgrade for my Santa Cruz Tallboy and discovered the e*thirteen by The Hive TRS Plus Cassette. I needed a cassette that was XD compatible, that would work with my SRAM Eagle drivetrain, and I was hoping for some weight savings over my previous NX cassette, but paying $400 for an XX1 cassette wasn't really a viable option for me.

The e*thirteen 12-Speed Cassette has worked out perfectly. Installation was fast and easy--the online videos were really helpful. Compatibility with my X01 drivetrain has been flawless. The cassette weighs considerably less than my previous unit--less, even than the XX1! And, at $279, the price was reasonable for a high-end cassette.
