I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I am with Worldwide Cyclery as an organization. Their professionalism and customer service is top notch. I can easily say I have not worked with an online company with better customer service. The products they carry are impressive and the prices are right! Check them out.

I was recently working on upgrading my Krampus 29+ mountain bike from the stock rigid fork to a suspension fork. This was an unexpected but tricky process because of the unique size of the Krampus and the 29+ sizes. I was pleasantly surprised to find this fork at such a great price. I was even more surprised when I reached out to have a personal response almost immediately offering assistance to me as I made my purchase. There wasn’t any pressure from the salesman to buy but enough attention to customer service that I was comfortable to make the purchase. Shipping was also FREE! The purchase just kept getting better. I got the fork quickly and installed it and it definitely changed my ride for the better.

After lots of research on 29+ forks this one is set at a great price and it works great. With 150mm of travel it handles all the drops and rock shelves we ride in the southwest. I have enjoyed the float I get from it and as a large rider (195lbs) it does the trick. Plus the fork has such a gnarly look! I'd recommend this fork highly! Great price, great looks and best off rides killer!

After a week or two of pure mountain biking bliss on this new Machete fork I received an email from a Worldwide Cyclery associate. He asked how I was liking the fork and I shared some pics from the most recent ride on the trails. He then responded back with some “stoke” for me. I was blown away. To have the ease and convenience of buying online as well as the personal customer service touch was a breath of fresh air in a stale online buying environment. Thanks Worldwide Cyclery Fam you made this cyclist an advocate. This will be my first stop when I need new parts to fuel my passion for cycling. I would recommend them highly!
