A lot of effort goes into a modern mountain bike these days and the suspension is arguably packed with the most technology. Some shocks now have the added benefit of a bar mounted remote to control the 'lockout". Our valued customer Fabian Herrera shares his thoughts on the Fox Float DPS SV shock. Check it out!
First, I have to say that I am really impressed by the performance of the Fox Float DPS Evol rear shock. The suspension of my new rear Fox shock was noticed right away, and any small bump was sensitive to the shock absorber and much more alive compared to the old Float CTD. It is very fun to overcome obstacles with this bike, and now it is much easier to do bunny-hops. In the descents, the rear wheel stays stuck to the ground. It was exactly what I felt while descending with my new Fox Shox Float DPS SV Rear Shock!!!
I want to thank the trained hamsters that have been packing my past orders, especially one of the most important ones to me. The one I have been saving for and working my ass off to buy, the infamous and glorious Fox Shox Float DPS SV Rear Shock. This rear shock has allowed my bike to step up it's game and have people turn sideways in the parking lot.
The new rear shock provides me with a more sensitivity and agile feel while riding, it has excellent absorption for all types of impacts. Rest assured this was tested several times upon installation. It also provides a variety of adjustments to adapt to a wide variety of terrains, and the best control you can have is using the remote. That way I don’t have to take my hands off the bars while on the trails. Last but not least I also installed that pristine Cane Creek headset, that also purchased on your Worldwide Cyclery's site.
Greetings from the sunny side of Miami!!!!!
