So, before getting into the product, ordering from you all was a complete joy. You were casual, helpful, and even gave me a first-time buyer discount! So all of that was awesome. Also, when I called and said the product did not fit my bike, you offered solutions and a refund. Luckily, my local bike shop guy and I found an adapter so no issues there!

Also, shipping was super quick! Oh and before I get too far ahead of myself, besides the discount code, you guys offered a great price. When a site looks too good to be true, it usually is but you guys have nothing but amazing reviews so I wasn't worried at all. So, however, you're doing it, keep doing it!

Ride Review:

On to the product! SIGNIFICANT improvement over the wheelset that came stock on my GT Pantera Expert. The weight difference is only a wee bit but the hub seems to be SO much smoother. And I like the subtle graphic and black spokes. A huge visual improvement over the aesthetic that came with. Overall, now that I have the rear wheel fitted to my funky axle size, I had a wonderful experience with the wheel and ordering from you guys.

Currently building up a cheap single speed into a full-on little city bike and looking forward to scooping a fresh wheelset from you guys!
