Shipping And Returns

United States Shipping
Everything in the entire store ships for free to the USA, it's that simple, no catch. The free service is fast and will likely be FedEx depending on the size of the package. All products ship within 0 - 3 business days and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you need an item super fast please contact us before purchase so we can arrange that for you.

International Shipping
International shipping is available on 99% of our products. Simply add the products you want to the cart, view the cart page and at the bottom see the Shipping Rates Calculator. Select your location for a quote and available services. We have great prices on Usps Priority International and are very experienced in international shipping. All services will include a tracking number which is sent to you right when the order ships out 0 - 3 days after purchase. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes and assume 100% liability for the shipment if it gets damaged or lost in transit, shipments are not insured unless specifically requested. Orders are charged in US dollars and your credit card company will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate.

Store Pickup
If you would like to pick up your online order in store simply select the Store Pickup option during checkout, this is free of course. We will call and/or email you when your order is ready for pickup within 0 - 3 days after purchase. Please see our Locations page for our address and hours. 

Return Policy

To start a return or exchange, please print out the return form by clicking on the link below. We offer a 45 day return period on all new items. We want our customers to be happy and returns to be easy. Bikes and frames are only available for store credit however everything else can be returned for a full refund. We only request that the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back and handle the refund/exchange right away. Otherwise, for standard returns the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

How Do I Return An Item?
If your return is within 45 days of purchase and the item has retail packaging as you received it, please ship to the address listed below along with your packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note with your name and email address. You do not need an RMA number or permission to return an item.
